Le ex-presidente de Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, expellite del presidentia nicaraguan in un colpo de stato in 2009 per un gruppo de conservativos politic, jam pote retornar a su pais sin esser detenite post que su Corte Supreme de Justitia nullificava le ordines de arresto contra ille.

Nonobstante, le magistrato Óscar Chinchilla diceva en su decision que Zelaya debera continuar a confrontar duo processos judicial pro accusationes de corruption.

Le advocato de Zelaya diceva que ille va a appellar le decision, insistente que le accusationes non es juridicamente justificabile.

Se han anulado las órdenes de arresto de Manuel Zelaya.

El ex presidente de Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, derrocado en un golpe de Estado en 2009 por un grupo de conservadores políticos, ya puede volver a su país sin ser detenido, luego de que la Corte Suprema de Justicia dejara sin efecto las órdenes de arresto en su contra.

Sin embargo, el magistrado Óscar Chinchilla dijo en su fallo que Zelaya deberá seguir enfrentando dos procesos judiciales por cargos de corrupción.

El abogado de Zelaya dijo que va a apelar la decisión, insistiendo que los cargos no son jurídicamente justificables.

Warrants for the arrest of Manuel Zelaya have been nullified.

The former president of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, who was ousted in a coup in 2009 by a group of political conservatives, can now return to his country without being arrested after the Supreme Court rescinded orders for his arrest.

However, Judge Oscar Chinchilla said in his opinion that Zelalya will continue to face two corruption charges.

Zelaya’s lawyer said he is going to appeal the decision, insisting that the charges are not legally justifiable.
