In un decision historic, le Corte Supreme del Brasil faceva un decision in favor de permitter uniones civil inter homosexuales.

Dece judices del Tribunal Supreme votava in favor de extender le equalitate de derectos a copulas de gays e lesbianas, durante que solmente un judice se abstineva. Nonobstante, le decision non permitte le matrimonio gay.

Le presidente del Brasil, Dilma Rousseff, habeva facite iste question un parte de su reforma in politica social.
